What are your favorite apps on your phone or tablet? Why?

My Favorite app on my phone would have to be Sound Cloud and Tumblr. Sound cloud because its like Pandora but not really and I have all my playlists on it. Tumblr is the other one because I mean its Tumblr. How could you possibly not love it, the kinds of things you find on there ca make your day and question things its just perfect.

Blog Post of the Day: Emerging Tech
Now that you've been in Emerging Technology for several weeks... what do you think? Do you think the web tools (Drive, Evernote, Bubbl, etc.) are helpful to you? Do you think they will be helpful throughout high school or even college? Explain

Google drive is a helpful tool for the reason being that I have many devices of different brands. I also manage to make them crash a lot so it makes it better to keep pictures so they don t get deleted. Drive will be very very helpful though out high school and college so I can accesses them anywhere and I wont lose things as much. It also saves automatically which I tend to forget to do. Another thing is I can save all of Shawn's selfies and not use up all my space on my phone.

Now that you are several weeks in to this class and have coded one (super small) website, what do you think? What are your thoughts on web design? Is it what you thought it would be? Is it better? Worse? What's your favorite part? What's your least favorite part? Explain.

Basic coding is easy and simple. When you start to add CSS and more complex things it gets harder to code. You have to be able to remember all the tags. Also if you mess up on letter then most of the code might not work.

Blog Post of the Day:Web Design Emerging Tech
What did you do this weekend? Share pictures if you have them!

This weekend I went to this Nature Park for my sisters school project. With us being Melvin's we ended up getting lost. I pushed my sister into this giant spider web, I also kept tripping over everything.  We also played I Spy with all the trees like in Brother Bear.

Also this weekend I hung out with Aaron and Oscar. Aaron spilled something everywhere at one point and was sticking his hand in it and was playing in it for some reason.. They stole my phone too and took this lovely picture. (Oscar left, Aaron right)

Blog Post of the Day: Emerging Tech
What is the importance of research? Why do you need to know how to research? What have you learned in high school about researching topics and finding quality resources? Have you had a helpful teacher that has taught you to research? Explain.

The importance of doing research is you cant talk about something that you know nothing about. If you don't know how to do proper research then you wont know if a source is credible or even true. You wont know how to sort it either. When researching you need to look at several different places to make sure that is a reliable fact.
